LEOPARD
Leopard with Four Eyes” was a vision that emerged unexpectedly—an image that repeatedly appeared in my mind, as if urging to be expressed. At the time, I didn’t realize I would one day become a surrealist artist, but my imaginative nature seemed to be guiding me in that direction. For a long time, I wasn’t sure where my inspiration came from. It wasn’t until I reached adulthood and began researching on my own that I discovered the symbolism behind multi-eyed beings. Across various cultures, they are often associated with heightened awareness, wisdom, and vigilance. While working on this piece, I was also searching for an art mentor here in Canada—someone who could share their knowledge and experience, then I did found Gene Prokop, a talented Canadian artist at Pros Art Atelier . I didn’t yet realize that growth could also come from deep observation and quiet learning from his studio. Completing the leopard helped me understand something deeper: many of my paintings are subconscious reflections of my internal reality. They are visions, not just of imagination, but of intuitive truth.
